Introduction:
This machine uses the high-speed relative motion between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc to make the crushed material get crushed by the comprehensive action of tooth impact, friction and impact between materials.
The pulverized material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber of the main machine, and the particle size can be obtained by replacing the mesh screen with different apertures.
Working Principle:
The motion of the machine is one-way high-speed continuous rotation. The motor→belt drive→movable disc make high-speed rotating motion. A single belt is used to rotate, and the transmission is stable during high-speed rotation.
The machine makes the crushed materials get crushed by the comprehensive action of collision, shearing, friction between the movable disc and the fixed disc and the impact between the materials through the relative high-speed movement between the movable disc and the fixed disc. Under the action of rotating centrifugal force, the materials are screened through the sieve holes and then enter the collection bag.
