PVC Station  
After the PVC material is heated on the heating station, it will be blow-molded by air pressure. The shape of the mold can be
customized according to the customer's product shape. The plastic material is available for PVC, PVDC, PS, PET and composite
plastic film.  
   
Sealing Station  
The filled blister is sealed by sealing station. Sealing pressure time can be adjusted to ensure the seal tightness. Blister
Aluminum foil, composite aluminum film, dialysis paper, etc. may be used for the heat sealing material.  
   
Cutting Station  
The blister will be cut into single blisters by this station, the normal cutting frequency is about 10-25 times per minute. And
the speed is adjustable.
