How to use the capsule filling board: (very simple and convenient, you can use it once)

1. Place the body plate flat, place the arrangement plate on the body plate (the one with two layers deep), align the
arrangement plate with the holes of the body plate, and grab a few capsule bodies (the long capsule is called the capsule body, and the short one is called the capsule. Put the cap) into the frame, lift up the body plate and the arrangement plate to swing up and down/left and right (be careful to block the gap of the arrangement plate with your hand to prevent the capsule from falling out of the gap), the capsules will fall into the body plate capsule hole one by one, and then Pour out the excess capsules from the gap and remove the arrangement tray. If some of the body plates fall into the reverse direction, press down the upper part of the body plate a little with one hand to expose the capsule body, and then take out the reverse direction and turn it over.
2. The arrangement of the capsule cap is the same as that of the capsule body. Use the same method as above to arrange the capsule cap onto the cap plate (the one with two shallow layers).
3. Fill the body board with powder. Pour the powder on the body board and scrape it back and forth with a powder scraper. After the capsule is filled with powder, scrape off the excess powder on the body board (if the powder is to be packed more tightly, the body board can be vibrated on the table A few times, then refill the powder).
4. Place the notched side of the middle board (the one with the single layer) on the cap board and align it, then turn the two boards over together (turn over 180°), buckle it to the body board and align it, and press it down gently. Then turn over the whole set of capsule board so that the body board is up and the cap board is facing down, and then use both hands to press down on the body board to the end. For large boards (such as 209 or 400 tablets), press each place a few times and remove them. For the body board, turn the middle board and the cap board over again, remove the cap board, and pour the locked capsule out of the middle board.
