Introduction:
YL-2,YL-4 is a new design for laboratory production and small batch capacity manufactured. Desktop style for tablet & capsule count but small size and light weight. Once start with one bottle and automatically to count the next when finished, easy picking up and putting down the bottle by hand.
1. Before using this product:
(1) Check whether the glass disc and vibrator are stopped.
(2) Check for any debris on the glass disc and groove of vibrating feeder.
(3) Select the appropriate Orbit, see the accompanying drawings.
(4) Adjustment method of orbit:
① The inner and outer orbit should be parallel to each other, a width slightly larger than the diameter of the capsules or tablets, its material outlet shall be placed at an intermediate position of electric eye base.
② Outer orbit should be affixed to the front of the circumference to ensure a smooth sliding of the capsule.
③ Adjust Skew, its height should be slightly larger than the thickness of tablets.
(5) With the size of the bottle and medicine, appropriate chose the material outlet.
(6) Adjust the height of lifting plate and lock Y-Locator.
(7) Turn on the power, set the number, slow start the glass disc and vibrator, check whether tablets slide smoothly and digital display is correct, if both are normal, set number to zero and start the operation.
2. During the operation
(1) In case a lot of powder please use plastic connector at the door inside for connecting vacuum tubes, to prevent accuracy of electric eye to be affected by powder. When cleaning electric eye, please wipe it by using a brush or cloth.
(2) With the size of tablets, using the following data as reference values:
Diameter: φ6mm Speed Scale: YL—2 30~40
YL—4 35~40
Diameter: φ8mm Speed Scale: YL—2 35~50

Diameter: φ10-12mm Speed Scale: YL—2 50~65

(3) During the operation material feeding should to tie in with the speed of glass disc. The disc should not in material piling, in order to avoid blocking the orbit. With particular attention to the capsules, the material piling can lead to an overlapping or blocking in the orbit easily.
(4) Always pay attention to "electric eye lights" (Sensor Index) on the computer, whether its flashing is normal and sampling should often be done, if the number is not correct, should immediately stop to check.
3. Troubleshooting and adjustment method
(1) Situation: Material comes out in both sides
Method:
Position of Outlet of the orbit is incorrect; it should be fixed in the middle of electric eye base.
(2) Situation: The number does not change, indicator of electric eye remains ON.
Method:
Electric eye is covered by Powder.
Capsules or tablets are stuck in front of the infrared emitter.
Infrared emitter failed
Infrared emitter is not aligned to electric eye.
(3) Situation: The number does not change, indicator of electric eye remains OFF.
Method:
Socket of electric eye is not plugged.
Electric eye in short circuit or welding point drop down.
Direct lighting at Exhibition.
Machines placed outdoors or near window, under direct sunlight.
(4) Situation: Number incorrect (0 to 3 per bottle).
Method:
Rotating speed too high.
Doped with debris.
Position of outlet of orbit is slightly biased, should be fixed in the middle of electric eye base.
Position of skew is too high.
Material piling leads to overlap.
(5) Situation: Number incorrect (bigger than 10 per bottle).
Method:
Electric eye is covered by Powder.
Infrared LED fault
Machines placed near window, under direct sunlight.
Light indoor is too strong.
Electric eye is aging.
Isolation plug is bad, loose joints, or open circuit of internal copper lead to poor contact.
(6) Situation: Glass disc cannot rotate.
Method:
Glass jammed - push the glass with hand, if it is completely unable to be move, the glass may be stuck by capsules or orbit, if there are clearance, it may be the problem of gears, motors, circuit, please check them sequentially.
Fixing screws on glass disc are loose off.
Screw on gear is loose off, wear of reduction gear in motor.
Check circuit includes - switches, motor connectors, governor, knobs, fuses, etc.
(7) Situation: Capsules cannot swing around.
Method:
Electric iron burned.
Rod and fork shaker need refueling.
When filling the tablet, edge and metal are in friction.
4. Cleaning:
When change capsules or tablets or after work, the machine parts, which are in contact with the capsules or tablets, must be wiped and cleaned.
The machine parts, which are in contact with the capsules or tablets, shall be thoroughly disassembly cleaned. Parts are disassembled in following sequence; Part name and number are referred to FIG:

All the removed screws
(1)All of the parts above can be dissembled without the use of tools and removed parts should be cleaned with water and cloth, and then wiped with compressed air or a rag, then dried naturally. Stainless steel parts can be dried quickly with hot air or oven, but acrylic parts and glass disc should never be dried in high-temperature to avoid deformation.
(2) The rest of the body can be cleaned with a cloth, and then use ethanol to wipe again.
(3) Opened the door from the right, wipe the inner wall of electric eye , flow channel, page piece, infrared LED beads, and powder on the electric eye.
(4) Electromagnetic solenoid mounts can be blowing with compressed air, the interlocking parts of rod center and shaft of page piece add with a drop of cooking oil to increase lubricity.
(5) When parts reassembled, please wipe them again with ethanol. When install glass disc, be sure to identify the upper and lower, stainless steel gasket is in the below, and dowel holes must be inserted into the latch, otherwise, the glass disc can be broken, when install the round frame.
(6) Place for machine:
Placed in the room and should avoid direct exposure to sunlight and Projection lamps.
Work table should be placed horizontally to avoid vibration. When machine is placed on work table, it should be adjusted to make it smooth, it should be re-adjusted after moving.
Placed in room temperature, avoid too much moisture, if in non-clean room, it should usually be covered.
Power outlet required load of more than 240V, 5A, along with Ground socket.
(7) Maintenance:
After use the machine should be cleaned according to the cleaning method.
When the machine is not in use, turn off the switch (glass disc and vibrator), switch turn to the "0" position, turn off the power; if it is not used in a long time, please unplug the power cord.
After cleaning, reinstall the machine, following tests should be done before using:
① Infrared automatically Fill Light: Turn the main power, wait SENSOR LED change from ON to OFF, Open the door slightly and shaded electric eye (10 beads) with the palm, then the light immediately become ON, continue about 30 to 60 seconds a sound of Bee bee can be headed; when hands off the sound will disappears. So the electric eyes of the left and right sides should be tested once.
② Test the abnormal sound of vibrator, between outlet of Hopper and the groove of vibrator should have a slightly gap, otherwise it will resonate.
③ Glass disc idle tested, and it should not have friction sound of glass, there will be scratches of glass disc.
④ Using hand back and forth to test the rod, Clean and lubricate regularly，it should be smooth and unhindered.
