Introduction:
XL105 type unit is specially used for chocolate coating equipment. Chocolate syrup has high viscosity and is easy to solidify at low temperature, so it is more troublesome to use.
This set of equipment launched by our company can not only dissolve and flow the chocolate at a suitable temperature, enter the spray gun for atomization, and evenly adhere to the surface of the masterbatch, but also enable the chocolate liquid attached to the masterbatch to be quickly in a low temperature environment. Solidification, polishing and coloring, this unit produces products with good quality and high production efficiency. Extend equipment life and reduce production costs.
Working Princeple:
XL105 chocolate coating system is composed of 5 water chestnut coating machines, storage tank, chocolate atomization system, air cooler and pipeline conveying system. Its main function is to pressurize chocolate slurry through atomization pump and convey it through heat preservation The pipeline system is sent to the coating pot, and the surface of the coating masterbatches of various shapes in the coating pot is sprayed with chocolate slurry.
Due to the continuous rotation of the coating pan, the chocolate liquid on the surface of the master batch is stirred evenly, and then the cold air sent by the refrigeration system quickly solidifies the chocolate liquid on the surface of the master batch. Layers of chocolate are formed on the surface of the masterbatch, and then polished to form shiny and bright chocolate candies of various shapes and colors.
